
SMAC
So, I'm not really sure that SMAC deserves an entire post of it's own on a blog entitled "Uniquely New York", but how many other cities boast a restaurant whose menu is made up solely of at least 10-12 decadent variaties of macaroni and cheese dishes, that come served in a steaming hot iron skillet??? This place was A-MAZING. Morgan and I split the cajun (cheddar, pepper jack, andouille sausage, green pepper, onions celery & garlic) as well as the Napoletana (fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic & fresh basil). OMG, yum!
